If your leisure activity is playing video games, determine the value you assign to enjoyment before allocating blocks. Meeting a friend for a drink post-work utilizes approximately 10 blocks. Assess how frequently you wish to allocate 10 blocks for this purpose and with whom. Identify blocks that are non-negotiable in their assigned purpose and those that are more flexible. Consider which blocks can remain unassigned with no specific purpose.
